Our programs have been designed to offer many levels of sponsorship that will fit in to your advertising budget. Horse World Expo Show Sponsor
Be recognized as a sponsor of Horse World Expo. Show sponsors will receive mention in all printed advertising, show flyers, direct mail pieces and the show program as a sponsor of Horse World Expo, one 10 x 10 booth or equivalent credit towards a larger booth, a banner at each of our arenas*, public announcements during the Expos, two VIP tickets for the Friday evening performance of Theatre Equus in Pennsylvania, mention of sponsorship and a web link on the Horse World Expo web site. The cost of this sponsorship is $2500 and includes all Horse World Expo shows.

Regional Speaker Sponsorship
As a Regional Speaker Sponsor you will receive recognition as the sponsor of a particular regionally recognized clinician at Horse World Expo. Your company will be recognized similar to “Speaker xyz, courtesy of Company XYZ” in all written media as well as during announcements each time the clinician appears and through out the day. Regional Speaker sponsorship includes mention in all printed advertising, show flyers, direct mail pieces and the show program as a sponsor of Horse World Expo, one 10 x 10 booth or equivalent credit towards a larger booth, a banner at each of our arenas*, public announcements during the Expo and during the sponsored speaker's appearances, two VIP tickets for the Friday evening performance of Theatre Equus in Pennsylvania, mention of sponsorship and a web link on the Horse World Expo web site. The cost of this sponsorship is $3000 per regional clinician. Benefits listed are good only for the Expo being sponsored.

Seminar Hall Sponsorship
Have your company recognized as the sponsor of one of our seminar halls. The hall will be named for the sponsoring company similar to “Company XYZ Hall”. Seminar Hall sponsorship includes mention in all printed advertising, show flyers, direct mail pieces and the show program as a sponsor of Horse World Expo - including your company's logo, one 10 x 10 booth or equivalent credit towards a larger booth, a banner at each of our arenas and each of our seminar halls*, public announcements during the Expo, two VIP tickets for the Friday evening performance of Theatre Equus in Pennsylvania, mention of sponsorship on the Horse World Expo web site including your company's logo and a web link. The cost of this sponsorship is $5000 per hall. Benefits listed are good only for the Expo being sponsored.

Arena Sponsorship
Have your company recognized as the sponsor of one of our arenas. The arena will be named for the sponsoring company similar to “Company XYZ Arena”. Arena sponsorship includes mention in all printed advertising, show flyers, direct mail pieces and the show program as a sponsor of Horse World Expo - including your company's logo, one 10 x 20 booth or equivalent credit towards a larger booth, a banner at each of our arenas and each of our seminar halls*, public announcements during the Expo, four VIP tickets for the Friday evening performance of Theatre Equus in Pennsylvania, mention of sponsorship on the Horse World Expo web site including your company's logo and a web link. The cost of this sponsorship is $7500 per arena. Benefits listed are good only for the Expo being sponsored.

Product Sponsorship
Highlight your product at Horse World Expo - become a product sponsor of Horse World Expo. Only one sponsorship of a particular type of product is available and the sponsorship will apply to all Horse World Expo shows. Your company will be recognized similar to "Official XYZ product of Horse World Expo" in all written media as well as during announcements through out the expos. Product Sponsorship includes mention in all printed advertising, show flyers, direct mail pieces and the show program as a sponsor of Horse World Expo-including your company logo, one 10 x 20 booth or equivalent credit towards a larger booth, a banner at each of our arenas and seminar halls*, public announcements during the Expo six VIP tickets for the Friday evening performance of Theatre Equus in Pennsylvania, mention of sponsorship on the Horse World Expo web site including your company's logo, banner ad and a web link. The cost of this sponsorship is $10,000 and is for all Horse World Expo shows.

Theatre Equus Sponsorship
Be associated with one of the most innovative and exciting equine entertainment shows in the country. As a sponsor of Theatre Equus, A Musical Equine Review, your company will be recognized similar to "Theatre Equus is brought to you by Company XYZ" in all written media as well as during announcements through out the expo and during Theatre Equus performances. Sponsorship includes mention in all printed advertising, show flyers, direct mail pieces and the show program as a sponsor of Theatre Equus - including your company logo, one 10 x 20 booth or equivalent credit towards a larger booth, a banner at each of our arenas and seminar halls*, public announcements during the Expo and Theatre Equus, six VIP tickets for the Friday evening performance of Theatre Equus, mention of sponsorship on the Horse World Expo web site including your company's logo, banner ad and a web link.  The cost of this sponsorship is $15,000. Benefits listed are good only for Theatre Equus.

Equipment Sponsorships  
There are several sponsorships available for equipment used during the show, and these sponsorships will vary depending on the equipment provided to the show. Cost and benefits will vary depending on the item being donated. Additional sponsorships may be available and can be customized for an individual customer’s needs.
