2024 Stall Reservation Form

Stall Reservation Information

A stall needs to be reserved in advance for each horse and/or tack stall needed. Cost for stalls is $175. This fee is for use of the stall for the entire event weekend starting on Wednesday and ending on Monday morning. One complimentary stall is included with each Stallion Avenue or Breed Row stall, but a reservation for that stall to be completed below.

If one of the reservations below is for a tack stall, please indicate "Tack Stall" as the horse's name and if it is to be reserved in a particular person's name, please enter that in the "Rider/Handler's Name" box.

Bedding is not included in your stall reservation. You may bring your own bedding, STRAW is required for this event. You may purchase bedding in advance on this form for $8/bale or you may purchase bedding as required at the event for $10/bale. If you have purchased a booth on Stallion Avenue or Breed Row, you will receive two bales of shavings your show floor stall and one bale of straw for your included barn stall at no additional cost.

Reservations will not be considered complete until payment, if applicable, is received. There are NO REFUNDS on unsued stalls or unclaimed bedding.

Stall reservation forms are not complete until a copy of a coggins current within one-year of the last day of the show has been received in our office. By federal law, an Interstate Health Certificate is required for all horses traveling across state lines.

I have read the "Guidelines for Stabling, Parking and Participating in Horse Related Activities" available on the www.horseworldexpo.com site located under "Bring a Horse" and agree to adhere to these guidelines. I understand that a copy of my negative Coggins, current within one-year of the last day of the event is required and will be sent at least two weeks prior to the event. I understand that federal law requires an Interstate Health Certificate be done for any horses traveling across state lines to this event and agree to furnish a copy of this Health Certificate at least two weeks prior to the event. I understand that a Release of Liability must be signed by anyone that will be riding or handling a horse and that this will be forwarded at least two weeks prior to the event. I understand that no stalls will be assigned without these items, payment if applicable and this completed form.
