Horse's Name:

Horses must be at least 3 years of age as of Jan 1, 2018 to compete. If entering more than one horse, a separate entry form is required for each horse.

All riders compete in the Open division, if elegible please select up to one additional division for non-pro riders only.

Novice* (horse or rider) Youth* (18 or under) Non-Pro*

* All riders will compete for cash and prizes in the Open division. Additional cash and prizes will be awarded for Novice, Youth and Non-Pro divisions using the Open division ride for placings in the additional divisions. You will only ride ONCE. All additional divisions are for Non-Pro qualified riders only. Pro rides will be eligible for Open division prizes. Cross entry is not permitted between Novice, Youth and Non-Pro divisions. All riders will compete on the same course on Saturday only.

I have read the Rules for Participation; Guidelines for Stabling, Parking and Participating in Horse Related Activities as well as the Trail Champions Rules for Participation and agree to adhere to these rules and guidelines.

In addition to your Entry Application, each Participant is required to download and read the Rules for Participation as well as Demo Rider Documents associated with Horse World Expo. This document packet contains the Guidelines for Stabling, Parking and Participating in Horse Related Activities as well as a Release of Liability Form required for all participants and an optional Stall Reservation Form. Information for required health paperwork for horses can also be found in Demo Rider Document Pack Although Participants are not required to reserve a stall, they should considered arriving at the Expo the day before the Challenge ride in the event of inclement Winter weather. Stalls may not be available if they are not reserved at least 3 weeks in advance. NO REFUNDS will be issued because of bad weather. No refunds of entry fees will be issued if cancellation is within 30 days of the event, however, horse or rider substitutions may be made. Entries will be considered complete when a signed Liability Release Form and horse health documents have been received in our offices.

Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be made in writing to Equestrian Promotions, Inc., P.O. Box 924, Bel Air, Maryland 21014 or by email to info@horseworldexpo.com before 30 days prior to the event. Deposits made for a specific show are applied to that show only and may not be applied to another Horse World Expo event.
